This has led to a great deal of controversy and division within the country's culture and society.Both authors have been targeted for political reasons, however there is little to no evidence of any mental distress, or any controversy over their activities. In fact, as mentioned above, he has promoted many good ideas in Pakistan's culture and society, but he has also been in the crosshairs of the media for having public criticisms about specific aspects of their religion.The Cause: There is no question about Akbar's writings, and they are very important for those who wish to explore the political correctness and proper application of Islam. But these writings will not necessarily trigger a scandal, if they fall into the category of eulogies, or obituaries. Akbar will likely remain at the center of controversy, but he should not be considered to be the cause of the problem.The reason is because he is a person who has written on the issues that are currently playing out in the world of politics and social correctness. He is also not some sort of 'villain' in the eyes of many, because he has only advocated liberal ideas for a better society.
